Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for:

• Understanding and documenting our client’s Web Content Management System (WCMS) requirements
• Analyzing, planning, designing and implementing a technical solution that satisfy our client’s WCMS requirements by customizing and programming the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007
• Interacting with customers and presenting the technical solution
• Developing taxonomy, creating policies and procedures required for smooth operation of MOSS 2007 WCMS
• Collaborating with team members; Sharing development responsibility and work with members of technical team
• Developing collaboration, workflows, and InfoPath forms in SharePoint
• Administration of SharePoint

Required Experience:
5-6 years of strong professional IT experience utilizing ASP.NET, SQL Server and Web technologies. 3-4 years of proven experience in planning, designing and implementing web content management systems utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2003 and 2007. Strong experience in web part development and customization experience is a must.

Required Skills:
This position requires expert knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Architecture and a working knowledge of related technologies such as: SQL Server 200x, Internet Information Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office desktop application integration with SharePoint.
Extensive experience with ASP.NET 3.5, SharePoint Designer 2007, Visual Studio 2005/2008, Web Services, Windows Workflow Foundation. The candidate must have an expert level knowledge in the administration, configuration, and customization of SharePoint Portal Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
